Re: [AlpacaTalk] Alpaca Treats
Yes, this particular recipe is also wheat and corn free. It does have rye flour, though. You wouldn't believe how crazy the alpacas were over them! I really do need to get these produced and sell them - as alpaca treats!
I do have to say you are right Heather....my dogs will eat mud shaped like a treat! I have had them eat veggies being chopped and that had fallen on the floor....from my wild chopping, the veggies tend to fly a little! :) They eat anything we eat...not to picky! It wouldn't hurt if all of us ate a little healthier. :) I am even considering removing gluten from our diet or at least cutting way back. They have a lot of products now with out it. That is a big source of allergies too.

Sorry, I forgot to point out that they are treats, not an entire diet. So I really see no problem with a dog eating a vegan treat or diet supplement.HeatherHeather ZelenyWhite Lotus AlpacasOregonHolistic Farm and Elite FleeceOn Apr 7, 2010, at 4:13 PM, David Friedman wrote:Heather,
