[AlpacaTalk] Romanik v. AOBA

In 2002 the Interveners lost against AOBA's Petition for Judicial Relief.
In this particular case the trial court Judge sanctioned the Interveners for
bringing a "frivolous" court action against AOBA. The Interveners then
appealed the trial courts decision. The Appeals Court decision was to then
remand the trial court's decision with directions due to errors.

We too have decided to appeal the trial courts decision. The appropriate
documents were filed in court today. We don't know how to get such a
document published to the sites or if the sites have a place to download
files to, so we've sent the actual appeal notice to the moderators of
Alpacapolitics and Alpacatalk in hopes they'd be willing to help.
