Sounds like you need antibiotic drops.  Talk to a vet and make sure it's not a mycoplasma.  It's a bacteria that clouds the eye.  I think a vet may give a good diagnosis even not knowing alpacas.  Eyes are pretty much the same for problems.  Just my thought!

I have a young female, 1year, with a white cloud on her eye. I hadn't noticed any change, but we were on vacation, then county fair. I noticed it Monday, now I have a week and a half old boy who has a mucus discharge and a pin point cloud on his eye!! Any idea or suggestions on what to do? I don't have any vet that knows about alpacas! Thank you!
