Re: [AlpacaTalk] Glenn Berns death
I am crying uncontrollably right now... I cannot believe this has happened. Glenn and I spoke at length this past Saturday at the Kentucky Classic about doing business together, involving things way beyond just yarn. We were both mutually excited about meeting each other and knowing that we had common goals. And we "just clicked" energetically. We decided that together we could take over the fleece world :-)) One of the very last things he said to me on Sunday before I left the show was, "Where did you come from? You were sent by God as I have been looking for someone just like you to further our work with Alpaca fleece and move it to the next level. Please write to me this week to get the discussion started as to how we will proceed." He then hugged me and said he was looking forward to hearing from me this week and getting started, and that he would see me on May 8th when he came to Ohio to shear our Suris.
Glenn will truly be missed, and the Alpaca world will not be the same without him and his glowing spirit.
Yes, Long Live Glenn Berns
