[AlpacaTalk] as winter approaches....

 

I just wanted to put out a reminder to anyone who knows of or has alpacas that need new homes. Winter seems to tremendously increase the need to rehome alpacas. There are "rescues" out there that can help. I put rescue in quotes for a reason. Rescue DOES NOT mean the animals were abused or unhealthy. It DOES NOT mean people did not care about their animals. Anyone can surrender an animal WITHOUT judgement passed upon them. Please consider one of the groups out there to help. And if you can volunteer in anyway, join up! I know our rescue is very busy, but we will continue to help as many people as we can.
