M-worm doesn't become resistant to Ivomec, it's other parasites that do. And I agree, if you live in M-worm territory, monthly dosing with Ivermectin is absolutely mandatory. It really has been discussed on this and probably every other camelid group for years. I am thankful we don't have it in PNW.
