[AlpacaTalk] ARI FTA cards
So, previously unbeknownst to me, we are having the vet out to look at an adult male, and to do blood draws for FTA cards for our new crias. However, I am tightly budgeted this month and next, and can't send them off right away.
I remember seeing that some people have not sent them off within the 10 day window for having the BVD test done, and it's worked fine. I'd like to ask, just how long did you wait before sending that cards in? And, DNA is DNA, right? If it can be read for determining parentage, you'd think it can be read after doing the PCR for the BVD test.
