Just used a file and knocked the edges off, it took off all the loose cut pieces too.   I built two different ones.  One hangs on the wall.  Some where I have better pics, just cant find them!!

Jim - what did you use for the cut portion of the plastic barrel to smooth it out?  They get pretty sharp.

Neat!!
 
He looked like a more stately Elvis, so thought the name fit him.  I have a Frankie, Johnie, Sunnie ( as in Sunny James the CW singer ) and a Deeno. Three are geldings and Johnie and Sunnie are young boys.  They are still packing. :)

Jim, we have a suri gelding named Elvis too!  His registered name is "King of the Wind" so we thought Elvis would fit.  LOL
