[AlpacaTalk] Re: Upright Alpacas
<<<I recently had to rehome all my critters and find that I physically miss the GPs the most.
As I walked thru the paddocks, my GPs were constantly at my side as I walked. The male kept his neck against my upper leg. They were always good for hugs anytime. We know that the alpacas are not that generous as a rule......
Maybe one day.........

I am so sorry Nancy.
I was going to ask you if you kept your Pyrs.
If I can EVER get the fencing completed here on the rest of my property I am going to need a couple more Pyrs.
Right now my horses, including 2 minis, are way out back on their own. Once the fencing is complete it will triple the grazing area for both the horses and alpacas and be able to extend my Pyrs range to include the horses and the entire property, at least for the day. At night I will still bring them into the close pastures where they currently stay.
But it is a waiting game....been trying and hoping to get it done the past 3 winters :-(.
