I do have to say you are right Heather....my dogs will eat mud shaped like a treat! I have had them eat veggies being chopped and that had fallen on the floor....from my wild chopping, the veggies tend to fly a little! :) They eat anything we eat...not to picky! It wouldn't hurt if all of us ate a little healthier. :) I am even considering removing gluten from our diet or at least cutting way back. They have a lot of products now with out it. That is a big source of allergies too.

Sorry, I forgot to point out that they are treats, not an entire diet. So I really see no problem with a dog eating a vegan treat or diet supplement.

I also made some vegan dog treats, but the little dog wouldn't touch them. I'm not going to give the recipe because I'm sort of planning to start a side biz making them. :) But, the alpacas loved them as much as fresh fruit!
