What I mean is basically the whole second and third paragraph below.? You can complain about Rick all you want, but its not going to?do any good.? It isn't going to change him.? Judging by the responses here, people agree with you, but it makes me want to ask that question we Washingtonian'

Well I'm not sure what you mean about beating my head against the
wall... I read AS far less than I do the AN "forum," both have
moderator problems, if you ask me, which nobody has... ;>
I just think it's time people stop putting up with stupid nonsense
dished out by that list owner, and move to a group where that sort of
childishness is not tolerated... from the owner/moderator.
For him to have named 4 moderators and not given them any ability to
actually moderate, I think that is the most insulting and ludicrous
thing I've ever seen. Rule #1 in management: Do not give responsibility
without also granting authority.
Rule #1 in my book: If you expect respect, you can't act like an ass
and treat people like crap whenever you feel like it.
I think he has broken both rules, and he breaks my #1 rule constantly.
I cannot figure out why people kow-tow to and fawn over him. At least
I'm glad to see that more people are seeing the light, and seeing his
true colors.
Anyway, spread the word that THIS group really does respect everyone
and their opinions, and we really do treat people like adults.
