hi Ellie - the only frustration i've run into in my first year of alpacas is the feet trimming - we don't have the "man power" necessary, and we're the only alpaca farmers in the valley. We managed to get our girls' feet done with our grandkids helping, but the boys, being bigger and stronger, are still a problem -

Just for my own curiosity/informal survey, please tell me about the biggest frustration with alpacas when you were new to them...or ongoing problem/frustration... If you have more than one, that's fine too.

I'm going to install a freebies page at my website with articles, resources or information that address some issues of livestock producers...just wondered if there's anything like that in this industry.
