Thanks for the update Elwin. That will be good news for the 2006 tax year. I
an "sure" (correction, "know absolutely") that Allison will find a couple
more girls for us to buy during 2006. Guess I will be keeping my 'day job'
for at least another year or so to pay for alpacas as we build our herd.

The President has signed into law an extension of the section 179 tax break.
The extension allows a 100 percent deduction for alpacas bought in
2005 and 2006.
Good news, becuse I just closed a sale for delivery and payment in January
because of this announcement.
It would be good idea to include this news in your marketing plan.

I got my customer vist from my ad in the Farm and Ranch Guide.
And I got my sale by keeping the customers informed as the Farm and Ranch
guide plan promises, but no longer delivers.

Perhaps the AOBA marketing committe should re think the farm and ranch guide
shippping policy, and not charge the clients for shipping it.
And perhaps they should include this information on the front page of the
Farm and Ranch guide, plus stop the plan to charge the customer

Please let the marketing committe know how we feel about the Farm and Ranch
guide new shipping policy.
