[Alpacasite] Water in gas

My little John Deere tractor won't start. I know it is probably because I was lax in putting in a gas additive. I put in a bit of STP yesterday, but it still won't start. Can I add the rest of the additive?

Any suggestions (nice, please) would be appreciated.
