[Alpacasite] ARI Login

I have been trying, since Friday, to get into the member services part of the ARI site. It will not accept my log in. I type in desando.c and then my password. I have also clicked on the "send password" (or whatever it says) at least four times. No response yet.

Jan, what's their phone number again? I didn't write it down.
