Charlotte, perhaps you can ask them to refund the value of the breeding. Or they may be able to arrange a second breeding at the new owners' farm, paid for by the sellers. Or maybe they have a nice young male alpaca they would be willing to trade for your huarizo. Any of those responses would probably satisfy me (somewhat -- it is annoying to have all these complications to what should have been a routine transaction). Good luck!
