You can probably register your cria with the ILR. They might still have a section for mixed breeds.

I don't believe huarizos can be registered anywhere. If it were me, I think I'd use the cria as a bonus "give-away" companion to a new buyer who needs a companion to go with a first purchase. Might be an incentive for a purchaser. :-)
