I think that is how you discern whether or not you have an honest vet or one that is there merely for the $$.

Imagine the cartoon bubble in my head -- "HOMEOWNER ATTACKED BY RABID CRICKET!!! I truly don't know if there is any weight to that claim, and I really haven't had time to research it since my gut tells me that it's a crock of alpaca poo.
