Hooray, Heather!  Nothing wrong with bottle supplementation, it has saved many a cria.

 

And hang in there, Susan - sounds like just a maiden mom, sometimes it takes a day or two for the milk to let down.  If you get colostrum of any kind into the baby it will help out.  Any llama, alpaca or goat farms nearby?
