That will just sort of come. I did all the research and visited farms. My mentor farm had me over for herd health and let me trim some toes and give shots, and I assisted his farm on shearing day. But short of working for another farm for a while, they are going to show up and you are just going to figure it out. Really. You'll try some things that don't work and then some more things and then some things that do work and that will go on for years! You will always be learning, so take a deep breath and humm.
