That needle felting story cracked me up. After my first experience with
pricking my fingers the whole time, I went to JoAnn Crafts and bought a
thimble for my forefinger and thumb. Try them, they really work! LOL

OK, now I'm a guy admitting this so keep it between you and me. When
something irritates me I reach for the felting needles, a little fiber
and start poking those needles into the felt. Heck after one or two
misadventures into my fingers, why I just quiet right down. After all
it takes a good deal of concentration to get those band aid wrappers
open and applied correctly. Oh how I envy those who felt and don't
wear band aids!
