[AlpacaTalk] Re: teeth

Hi Wendy - thanks for this - I feel very relieved - I was starting
to think I had bought a bad one and its my first one!

You know what, I got her into the yards over the weekend and was
going to take a picture of her jaw alignment so I could examine it
closely in my own time - without stressing her too much as shes not
all that happy with people [I am working on that!].

Anyway, I found a large abcess on her chin- underneath. Its well on
the way the healing but I hadn't noticed it - probably because she
is black and easily spooked?

Now I am thinking, maybe thats why she was holding her jaw/lips etc
in such a way to expose her teeth.

I will watch now as she heals up.
