Try taking the other boys out of the pasture to let the new boy "move
in." Perhaps leave only the least dominant of the others with him so he
won't be completely alone. Leave it that way for a few days, then add
one boy at a time every few days. You don't say how many others you
already have. We have found that it's best to have 4 adult males per
pasture. Even with that number there is considerable fighting, but as
the numbers go up there is just more stress and irritation between the
males. If you can have pastures with just two or three males each, do
that.
