Enough of the inuendo...

An "Association Board Member" owns at least part of the building, or at least did in 2006. This was mentioned in the 2006 Audit, although it may have been sold in 2007. The building is leased to AOBA for free for this term of the lease, which I have heard is for 3 years, but I have not seen and do not know that for sure.

This information was related in the audit report of 2006 on page 9, I think.
