I believe the rest of the building is/was leased but if it helps you to
think it was empty and the donation somehow has no value, I'm fine with
your thinking that. I did not lord it over anyone. I was honestly trying
to answer a question because clearly Heather thought she had found some
evil doing. She didn't and I realize some find that frustrating.
My last post on the building. Think what you want. You win too.

Libby, I wasn't asking about the space, I was asking about the
building.
Perhaps AOBA has the entire building? I had thought it was only a
suite or two of offices, but what do I know?
If AOBA got the whole building, then the question would be how long
it had been vacant? And, what was the difference in expense of
maintaining a vacant building vs an occupied building?
Just wanted to be clear about my point.
