[AlpacaTalk] AOBA Fees

After reading a lot of this, I have an opinion and one question. My
opinion is that we can set here and gripe all day long on who said what
in the end nothing will be accomplished. My question is this, why is it
fair that the benefactors get to keep the benefits we, as a GROUP, used
to receive? I do not feel that it is fair that a select group should be
entitled to get something that at one time all of us were entitled to
receive. As a small farm still trying to get our feet on the ground can
not afford to pay the AOBA fees, entry fees for the Nationals AND
become $5000 benefactors. I, personally, can not see what my membership
has done for us, other than take things away. I have tried to stay
positive about the industry but it is getting harder as time goes on,
but as I said earlier, it's just my opinion.
