[AlpacaTalk] shearing labels

 

Does anyone have an easy way to make shearing labels? I do them every year with Excel and Word mail merge, and it is a huge PITA. I am on a mac so Access is not available and I don't have Filemaker. 

I make 4 labels for each animal with this information on the label:

Name

ARI

DOB

Shear Date

Color

Location (Sample, Blanket, Neck, Leg)

So the first 5 fields will be the same for a particular animal, it's the last field that causes the problem. Mail Merge won't do it, as far as I can figure out. If anyone knows how to do it, please share! :D At least we have a few fewer animals to shear this year...
