Personally where I see the conflict is that his business relies entirely on contracts signed by the BOD. 

Dave publishes the magazine as well as ballots and other aoba printings/mailings.  This is a HUGE segment of the AOBA budget. This conflict alone should keep Dave from being a candidate. His inability to see the conflict shows a tremendous and self serving blind side.

My opinion only of course.
