Re: [SPAM][AlpacaTalk] What's new?
Hi Heather,
I live in Southern Maryland where 2 to 4 inches is considered a "big snow storm". We just had about 24 inches! And this is our 3rd storm of the year that has had 12 inches or more. This year we broke down and bought a 4 wheel drive truck after the first storm - whew are we glad we did eventhough we have never needed one before. Digging out and getting to the alpacas has been very time consuming and labor intensive - we may decide (soon) that a tractor is a must even on small acrage. We have a small cub cadet and it just would not move in a foot of snow. Today the snow has stopped and we will dig out and see if leaving the farm is possible. We hear another storm is coming Tuesday - ugggh. I think we will be in school through July if this continues.

I know I'm just trying to get motivated to go scoop poop. Here in Oregon, it is so incredibly muddy that it makes it very hard to go out and just it over with. I hardly mind at all in the summertime when it's nice a dry!How about everyone else?
