Call the vet. We didn't know it was caudal presentation. But since she was not progressing, we called him out. And actually she should have gone to OSU as soon as it was decided that she needed assistance. In the end, her uterus ruptured and she died of peritonitis 4 days later. Poor thing. I still get a pit in my stomach thinking about her.
