I back Heather on this one. I would be upset if someone else used our farm
name and can understand her frustration, having dealt with this issue
beforehand. I don't think her original email was out of line or deserved such a
nasty response. We are all in this together and need to work together to
promote alpacas and fleece - can't we just let bygones be bygones here?
