then I'd contact them by email and further the communication if that's the
footing that you're comfortable with. If they're willing to answer and
listen that way, why not take advantage of the info. I know a couple of the
present and past board members and know that the position requires a LOT of
personal time. The way I look at it, how they heard that an AOBA member is
disgruntled is insignificant. Part of their job is to listen and work with
members. 'He' is just doing his job in contacting you.

If they're willing to spend the time with you and you have strong feelings
about the issues, I'd take full advantage. Ask the questions, get the
whys, make your suggested changes, hear their reasoning regarding the changes.
THEN agree to agree or disagree. You know?
