We do not offer financing.

This has never interfered in our ability to sell the animals that we
have to sell. We will hold an animal for a reasonable amount of time
upon payment of a non-refundable deposit.

Being able to transfer ownership at the time of sale makes things
much cleaner for all parties involved. It also serves to screen out
those that might not be able to afford the cost of entry.

The "pricing correction" may or may not be permanent this time. If
it is permanent, then financing will not solve the problem for
sellers, and it will create problems for buyers who find themselves
upside down in their "investment." If it is transitory, and related
to the general economy, then it will resolve itself (assuming people
hold tight).
