This one is too speculative for me. I like to see things pinned down
rather than supposing or wondering. Let's keep to , "Just the facts,
ma'am!" as they used to say on Dragnet.
Many transactions probably occurred on that acquisition date and others near
in time. It is a big nation. Lots of business occurs daily. I'd need more
than that to stretch out so far.

I can't seem to find any information on the owners of "Linbar Business
Center, LLC." I hope someone who does know will share with the group.
Did anyone notice the acquisition date of the sale? About the same time
that the ALC was being conceived. And the sales price? More things that
make you go Hmmmm.
