You just made this easier. I was going to have to ask Jerry in the a.m.
You can see below that self service bought the building in 1997. That is
the company that Jerry owns and it's in Berea, Ohio. You can see the
building sold to a company named Linbar located in Baltimore, MD. I never
knew the name of who bought the building but I would think that that is a
matter of public record as well if someone really want to know who Linbar
is.

Didn't take too long to do the search. And I don't know who is in the owner
group. Nor do I know who owns Self Service Mini Storage in Berea OH.
