[AlpacaTalk] AOBA articles of incorporation
I just received a copy of the Articles of Incorporation and bi-laws in my email box!
I wonder if these bi-laws have ever been amended?
Two very interesting things I have found.
1. It states that there is to be only ONE membership level.
2. AOBA will not carry on any activity that will impair or terminate such exemption of tax exempt status.
Wouldn't creating a for profit subsidiary conflict this above statement?
The initial registered agent of AOBA (he filed the paperwork) was Kenneth Hobert in Estes Park, CO.
Unrelated...
Is there a tv schedule for the AOBA commercials so that we can view them and know that marketing dollars are actually going into marketing? Again, I have not seen commercials in about a year and only saw the one commercial. Curious, because at least members could know that they are being served.
