RE: [AlpacaTalk] Re: AOBA Shennanigans/subsidiary

Perhaps federal rules are different in your part of the country. If the Ranch Guide is to make a profit, why is AOBA needing to stick this income in a special account and pay tax if they truly are spending these funds for our benefit? Federal rules in my part of the country indicate that AOBA would not need to pay the Feds anything if they were spending my hard-earned cash on legitimate expenses that are for our benefit.

Farm and Ranch Guide is supposed to be a 'profit center'. That's it main purpose. AOBA uses those profits for advertising alpacas....particularly for the tv commercials.Carolyn Marquette,PartyLite Gifts _PartyLite.com_ (http://www.partylite.us/) The AlpacaRosa _www.TheAlpacaRosa.com_ (http://www.thealpacarosa.com/) 2251 Sesame StMogadore, OH 44260330-699-2182330-618-9769 cell**************************************See AOL's top rated recipes (http://food.aol.com/top-rated-recipes?NCID=aoltop00030000000004)[Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
