Hi Marsha, One thing I would recommend is contacting other alpaca farms
about the size of what you want to be and find out the how's and
where's etc., from them. You need to learn the turn-around time from
purchase to actual sales etc.

Feel free to contact me via email and I'll give you my view of being an
alpaca farmer for five years.

PS. Don't quit your day job yet!
