Well, what's the need for all this "proprietary information?" What is
so secret about AFCNA's products that it can't be told where they're
produced?

Another really huge question in my mind is the vote for the BOD. As far
as I understand from a member in my family, the actual vote counts were
not provided to the membership. And, when the person with the highest
number of votes could not serve, the person holding the 2nd highest
number of votes was not asked to serve, but another person with fewer
votes was. That doesn't seem to have followed the mandate by the
membership. And that may not even be legal.

And Laurel, there are apparently so many secrets at AFCNA that I can't
even begin to guess what I don't know. Every time a question is asked,
John replies, "That's privileged information," "that's proprietary,"
"those are trade secrets," "you are not privy to that information since
you're not a member."
