Please, let's not go down this road on this site. Clearly Ken has a
political agenda with this issue. Clearly he is reporting
problems/history of certain judges while pointedly ignoring even
bigger problems/history of another judge.

Ken, I welcome your perspective on this issue. Just take it where it
belongs to alpacapolitics.

Rick, if you have your ears on, consider this a formal request from
me. Ken has the option of airing his views on the site designed for
that purpose.
