Hi there,
I just received a bill from ari for one transfer and two registrations that
I prepaid for in 2004. They billed me for the two registrations a few
months after cashing the, paid in full, check for them. I contacted them,
it was straightened out and ari sent me my certificates. Now almost a year
later, I am once again being billed for them with the addition of a transfer
which was also prepaid and the check cashed. Unacceptable business
practices need to be put to rest sooner rather than later. I have yet to
hear a response from them. I have one more cria to be registered this year
but I don't dare begin that process until I get last year's mistakes
addressed.
