Pat & Sheila,

It is a change in the program for 2006 (not required for those in 2005
like yourselves). Is is designed to help offset the rising cost to
produce and ship the F&RG. It is also expected to help qualify the leads
(part of the F&RG program for those that pay for an ad and buy the leads
to help promote their farm). It is felt that those that are very serious
about wanting to buy alpacas are likely to pay for the S&H fee while
those that are mildly curious but not likely to buy alpacas might not
pay the fee.
