[Alpacasite] FRG publication

I realize that what I'm going to suggest will sound like heresy to many, if not most, of you, but nobody ever called me "conventional." However, principles of sound business management suggest to me that instead of trying to recapture lost income through raising advertising rates and imposing mailing charges, we might consider cutting the expense of publishing the FRG in the first place. This may mean shopping for a publisher who will offer a better deal or perhaps (gasp, choke!) printing the FRG in black-and-white. I suspect the cost of color printing is probably about 60-70% of the publishing expense, and could easily be scaled back without compromising the information contained in the FRG.

If it turns out that this year's plan isn't as effective as the MARCOM hopes, perhaps we might consider this alternative.
