            The prolapsed tissue is cleaned off and an antibacterial may be used if any lacerations……..then a “dollop” of honey is coated on and it is gently pushed back inside the bird, which a gloved little finger.  Sounds awful, but worse to leave it.  I know this isn’t a chicken list, but wanted to give an odd example of the many uses for honey!
