[AlpacaTalk] The Financial Guys Say Sell Everything!

Dear Fellow Alpaca Enthusiasts,

On my next birthday, next month, I'll be 69 years old! My CPA and financial planners and I have been talking about my future and how to manage things. They have told me that in order to have enough money to last I must sell my entire herd and my farm.

In these times I know this will be very difficult. But, I'm determined to take their advice.

So, I am now offering my herd for sale and will seriously consider all offers. Please take a look at them and pay no attention to the listed price. If you're interested in any of them, please let's talk.

At this point I don't have the luxury of waiting for things to get better. I really need to do this now.

My herd consists of some of the legendary names such as Hemingway, Yupanqui, Silas of Bolivia, Snomass, Aladdin and many, many more. They are also blessed with very low microns that last for years.

They don't run away while you're in the pasture and many of them will come up for stroking and a "little conversation". Because my pastures are completely full most of the females are open. Free breedings are offered with the sale.

The herd is listed on Openherd.com, and I will be adding to the list until it is complete. http://openherd.com/FarmPage.aspx?Farm=252

My farm is located in Creswell, OR 15 mi. south of Eugene. It's only 4.5 miles from I5 so it's easy to find. It's a beautiful property with a stunning view of the valley across the road. The house is 3100 sq. ft. that includes an 1100 sq. ft. walkout basement with a bedroom, bath, canning kitchen and great room. Upstairs the 2000 sq. ft. home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and the most fantastic patio.

I hope to hear from you.
