Re: [AlpacaTalk] Suri question
Well, I have a cria whose dam's dam is huacaya from suri. When this cria was born, it looked like she was going to have some nice crimp, but now that she's two months old, her fleece is very straight, it drapes and flows when she runs, and some of it looks like it's starting to twist at the skin.
I know, suri from huacaya? Highly unlikely! But this fleece doesn't look like even "poor" huacaya...

Heather, are you looking for anything in particular? Suri fleeces vary just like huacaya fleeces do, so different crias might have vastly different fleece styles.

Subject: [AlpacaTalk] Suri question
I have a question for you suri breeders. Does anyone have pics of young suri crias' fleeces that you could either email to me or post a link, or post to the group pics area? Like one or two month old crias?
