We have a True Black Rockford boy, Iago, that we’re going to be breeding this year.  I love his fiber because it’s soft and doesn’t burn – his fiber is black form tip to skin year ‘round.  It felts beautifully and spins easily.  I’m actually hoarding it because I have so little natural black fiber to work with – my current favorite project is a black felted scarf with suri locks felted throughout.  My suri boys have bright shining locks and the black really sets them off!
