Re: [AlpacaTalk] Acero Marka

I've conversed quite a bit with Jeanne of Gemstone. It's funny, there are a few farms that are concentrating in black, dark, and grey Bolivian huacayas. :) Kinda like family.

By the way. my full Bolivian black yearling boy won 1st place in a class of 4 at fleece under Amy Bliss-Miller at AlpacaMania last weekend. 19.4 micron black. I'm pretty proud. I'm expecting a full sib next summer, and needless to say. I'll be repeating that breeding exclusively as long as the dam is producing.

If you're looking for full Bolivian huacayas, check out Alpacas of Niagara and Gemstone Alpacas.  Both breed primarily Bolivians; Gemstone also focuses on blacks.
