[AlpacaTalk] elephant skin

 

hi - I have a girl with elephant skin.  Does anyone know:

 

- what causes it?

- is it contagious?

- how do you treat it?

 

i have tried fungicides with no apparant success.

 

thanks for any help you can give me.
