I'm particularly fond of workinglgd's -- it's a yahoo site. I believe it is www.workingLGDs@yahoo.com Some very knowlegdgabe folks on there and they certainly recommend the stick........and yelling at them to make them think hell hath no fury like their master's ire!

Good luck Chrys.......I also think you google anything like rescue dogs or rescue maremmas you'll be surprised at what comes up.

Here's one link to some rescue sites nationwide. Also, these people
will know how to evaluate rescue dogs to see if they are appropriate
for flock protection, or will probably be able to help find those who
can.
